Trustpilot Creates Vaporizer Category Just for Us!

You might have guessed the VapeWorld team is passionate about vaporizers and the vaping lifestyle. We’re even more passionate about connecting with our customers.  Trustpilot, a consumer review website, recently informed us that they made a 'Vaporizer' category on their review site just for us and, naturally, we come in at #1!

We hold ourselves to a high standard when it comes to our customer care and, in an effort to continue our reputation of having top-notch customer service, we've partnered with Trustpilot to collect our customers' reviews.

After someone makes a purchase with us, we send them a follow-up email asking for feedback on how we're doing. The collection of these reviews helps us to constantly monitor our level of service, and we keep a close eye on it. If there is ever a concern with an order, our Customer Care Department makes it their mission to resolve it.
